What are add-on domains? An add-on domain goes to an entirely different web site then your main domain. For example, you could have company1.com go to a different page than company2.com on the same hosting account.

Are your servers secure? Our web servers run a secured enterprise Linux operating system. We always keep our servers up to date with the latest patches and security fixes. All servers are in a secure physical location protected by redundant HVAC and power systems, biometric access controls, and armed guards. We make every effort possible to protect your data!

What are the hardware specs on your servers? All of our servers are at minimum dual AMD Opteron 64-Bit systems, with 2 GB of memory, and RAID 5 redundancy.

Can I transfer my existing website to Arx Data Services? Yes, you can. If you change the DNS servers on your domain name to point to ns1.arxds.com as the primary and ns2.arxds.com as the secondary. You may do this by logging into your existing domain register. If you wish to transfer your domain registration to us also you may do that by purchasing a domain transfer. By transferring your domain to us you extend your registration of that domain by one year.
After you transfer the domain name you may transfer the files from your current web site to our server.

Will my IP address be static or dedicated? All the plans include a shared IP address. If you wish to have a dedicated IP address it is an extra cost $1.00 per month.
